Open workplaces can foster casual and collegial environments but they can also inhibit the sort of collaboration they were initially intended to encourage. The creation of smaller spaces within open spaces can focus smaller groups to work more freely together without the gaze of onlookers and also offer more private and personal spaces for quieter, more focussed work.
Still is a screen system that takes its inspiration from architecture with an emphasis on light, proportion, rhythm, and materials. Screens stand solo or can be layered to create varied compositions. They are sized thoughtfully to provide varying levels of cover for seated and standing occupants. To increase transparency and allow airflow, screens may be specified with windows made from slatted oak or walnut.
